Movement

Two 4- week Strength training blocks 

Each phase is carefully designed to support your fat loss goals. No more confusion or making it up as you go. Each week sees progression from the last, from introductory weeks helping you build confidence to more demanding weeks where you're trying to squeeze out every last rep!

A simple, structured plan that fits into your life. Helping you build that all important habit of exercise consistency.​

Alternative exercises 

Don't have a full gym? No problem. Each workout includes alternatives so you can keep making progress whether you're at home, in a hotel gym, or using minimal equipment.

No confusion, just clear instruction. Every exercise includes a short, easy-to-follow video tutorial. Know exactly what to do and how to do it,

These will help regulate your calorie output meaning we see less fluctuations on the scale and you see more consistent progress!

ON TRACK is exclusively available to FAST TRACK graduates, there is no obligation to stay but if you're serious about lasting change, this is where we shift focus to long-term consistency and balance.

 

Helping you keep that focus with your nutrition and training adjusting your targets to better suite your goals, moving into 8 week blocks to see even more progress in strength and performance, you’ll still receive a monthly check-in to ensure you’re staying ON TRACK, allowing us to review your month, set new goals, and make any necessary adjustments.

 

ON TRACK has its own community providing ongoing education and continued support. It’s designed to be an affordable, flexible way to keep a coach in your corner for as long as you need one

FAST TRACK FAQ's

What is the investment? £154.99 for 8 weeks and then £75 per month should you want to stay "On Track"

Do I need a gym membership? No we have workouts designed for both gym and home use

Do I need to track macros/calories? Yes we ask our clients to track their calorie intake, we do not ask our clients to track their macros. We use a calorie goal post system and work within ranges rather than fixed targets.

How often do I have check ins? Every 2 weeks you will complete a questionnaire and receive feedback/updates from your coach

Will I get a meal plan? No we will not provide set meal plans but you will get practical ideas, sample meal suggestions that show you what your targets can look like on your plate! Set meal plans force rigidity and often leave you feeling dependent on specific foods for success when that simply isn't the case.

I'm a beginner will the workouts be too hard? Absolutely not, the workouts will be physically challenging as we want to get the most from you but we have alternative exercises in each workout so if you find something too technical it can always be replaced!

Can I change my mind after signing up? We do not offer refunds except in exceptional circumstances, which are determined at the discretion of Strong Foundations Coaching.

I'm using GLP1's Can I join Fast Track? Absolutely you can, Fast Track will educate you on the importance of strength training and protein intake and support you through your deficit. Significantly improving the long term sustainability of your fat loss results!
